Chief Executive Officer and President: Mr. Wolf is a senior level executive with over 20 years of success in solving complex business issues and building shareholder value in both public and private companies. Previously, David was a member of the founding management team of Elcom International, Inc. (NASDAQ), where he played a key role in growing the business to $800 million in revenues in four years and orchestrating Elcom's successful IPO. As President of Elcom Systems, David transformed an internal development organization into a full-fledged software development, marketing and services company that successfully implemented electronic commerce systems for companies around the world. Prior to Elcom, David was Chief Operating Officer of JWP Information Services, a subsidiary of JWP Inc. (NYSE) where he built the operational infrastructure to support its growth from $250 million to $1.4 billion in sales , and President and COO of NEECO, Inc. (NASDAQ), a $250 million business IT distribution and services business purchased by JWP.

Chief Financial Officer: Mr. Fragasso joined Hamilton Thorne in September 2022. Most recently, he served as CFO of Fluence Corporation (ASX:FLC), a provider of water and wastewater treatment solutions where he was responsible for all aspects of the Company’s global financial operations, reporting, accounting, treasury, administration, planning, and internal controls. Before joining Fluence, he served as CFO for Desalitech, prior to its acquisition by DuPont. He has also served as CFO and VP of Operations for Nuvera Fuel Cells, Inc. (part of Hess Corporation Group) and spent six years in public accounting and corporate finance with Deloitte

Senior Vice President and General Manager: Brett Fulton joined Hamilton Thorne in May 2021. Brett has extensive global medical device experience having worked for both large and small global companies, such as Stryker, Abbott and Microline Surgical. Brett has successfully built and managed productive local and global teams focused on driving both top and bottom-line growth through direct and third party distributor sales.

VP Engineering: Tom Kenny is a New England leader in the engineering and electronic fields, with multiple important products to his credit, including the ZILOS-tk® and XYClone®. Kenny has been with the Company since its inception and is a central figure in Hamilton Thorne's technical capabilities. In addition to his development duties, Kenny speaks at product symposia around the world.
