The Edit Tracks option allows for detailed viewing of individual sperm track information. A "zoomed" image of the selected sperm track appears on the screen with all the data specific to the track Included are all the motion parameters. Sort status (see below) and the individual x,y coordinates for every frame captured. At the user's discretion, tracks may be manually deleted from the analysis population. In combination with the HDATA ASCII Export option, data for each individual sperm track may be stored for further analyses.

Sort

The Sort option provides the ability to isolate a certain subpopulation of motile cells (for example, hyperactivated cells) for analysis. Three independent Sort Sets are available in which user defined criteria is applied to the motile cell population. The fraction of cells passing the criteria is calculated and presented under the Sort Results. By using the Delete on Sort function, the only motile cells passing the defined criteria will be analyzed.
