  This password protected area of the web site is for current users of our sperm analyzers and laser systems. Features include a Customer Forum, a Knowledge Base (FAQ), manual downloads, access to Help Cards, and more!
  
• Customer Profiles
  What are other scientists using their semen analyzers and laser systems for? What species are they studying? Every two months we will share an interview with one of our customers. (We are always looking for customers to profile - especially if you are using our systems for unique applications or different species. Contact Cynthia Rodzen for more information about volunteering.)
  
• Customer Service
  Having problems with one of your systems? Contact our service department by e-mail, phone or fax, or fill out a service request form.
  
• Warranty Activation Form
  After your system has been installed, please fill out the Warranty Activation Form. The warranty may be filled out on line, or printed and filled in by hand. Sperm analyzer and laser system warranties are valid for one calendar year from the date of installation.

  Contact our sales department to request brochures, price quotes, contact information of local distributors, or anything else you may require in your decision making process.
